RETURN

  • You may return our products during 14 days after the purchase;
  • All products have to be in their original conditions, have the tags attached, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.
    Items that do not meet any of the previously mentioned standards will be returned to you at your cost;
  • After the item is received, it will go through a quality check and inspection in order to determine, whether the product qualifies for a refund. This procedure takes up to 3 business days;
  • In case of a return, the buyer is responsible for a shipping cost; We strongly encourage you to use trackable shipping services. We are not responsible for shipment loses.

REFUND

  • In order to receive a refund, please provide us with following documents:
    1. Original receipt of purchase (email confirmation);
    2. Last 4 digits of the credit card was used for purchase;
    3. Reason why the item is returned.
  • If a product qualifies for a refund, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your money;
  • Refunds can only be made to the same Credit Card it was originally purchased with;
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable, hence it will be deducted from the total amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

IMPORTANT

  • All jewelry and accessories will go through an inspection to determine the illegibility for a refund.
  • Products that were on sale or bought with a discount of more than 30% are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a product was delivered and a manufacturing defect was found, buyer has to contact us no longer than 5 days after the item was purchased. Otherwise, item may not be accepted for a return.
